This personal mentorship/coaching program offers participants tools and tips to communicate effectively at the workplace. This coaching unlocks communication mind blocks and helps the participants understand their communication style. Online and offline.

The two tenets to being an effective writer and speaker are confidence and clarity. Often people struggle to convey exactly what they want to. More often than not, they don’t even try because they feel shy, nervous, or doubt their own ability to convince others of their viewpoints. This coaching aims to instil the requisite confidence and train participants to communicate effectively.

In these lessons, the participant will learn and practice three fundamental areas of communication: identifying as a speaker, writing for clarity, and delivering a speech. 

Each session works on identifying blocks and will have relevant exercises to overcome them. Every step builds on prior steps and each session enables the participant to progress through his/her learning logically. We follow the workshop methodology and use the participant’s own writing to analyse and learn. We will also be sharing handouts and relevant study-material to the participant. The format is flexible and will be customized to meet a participant’s specific needs. 
For best results, the participant is expected to apply concepts and do assigned exercises between sessions. 

CONFIDENCE MODULE 
This module focuses on the participant and identifies traits that will enable the participant to overcome uncertainty and hesitation in communication. 

COMMUNICATION MODULE 
In this module, the participant will identify and unlock the power of storytelling. The participant will learn the basics of writing and use that to deliver better speeches or write more effective communication. 

CLARITY MODULE 
In this module, the participant will work on structure, clarity, and connectedness in writing; and diction, accent, and making connections on the delivery aspect. 

CONCEPTUAL THINKING MODULE
In this module, targetted at senior leaders and managers, the participants will understand how to use storytelling to get buy-in from customers, clients, and their teams. 
The module emphasises deep learning, cultivating empathy, negotiating effectively, and enhancing one's personality to be approachable.

Who is it tagreted at? 
This coaching is targeted towards mid-level and senior-level management employees in organisations. 
If you feel that your communications skills are holding you back from achieving your goals, then this is a coaching you must invest in. 
However, we welcome anyone with an interest to enhance their communication skills (written and verbal) to apply.

What is expected from the participants?

You will be challenged and asked to introspect quite deeply. 
You will also be expected to have a lot of fun. 
Please note, the course is fairly intensive. You will be writing, reading, and preparing a considerable amount during the duration of the coaching.

We’ve broken the coaching into four modules – Confidence, Communication, Clarity, Conceptual Thinking. 
The training depending on the participant will be between 12 hours to 20 hours. (An hour every alternate day)
