Even so, you will benefit with BWW: Short Fiction. 

This intensive and supportive workshop will scrutinize, challenge and deconstruct seminal short stories. It will also help you get more nuanced when you write your own short story. 
Through this workshop you will work on your own short story/stories and receive feedback. You will hone the specific skill of crafting short fiction while sharpening your aptitude for critique.

Writers who are graduates of the BWW Classic course are urged to apply especially if they have written short stories in the past. If you are mesmerized by the power of the short narrative and want to make a big impact within concise parameters, are especially encouraged to apply. 

We do not take more than six students for this workshop.

Who is it targeted at?
This course is for writers who are past graduates of the BWW Classic course who love reading short stories and enjoy writing them more. BWW: Short Fiction is a workshop aimed at intermediate writers who want to focus on the craft of short narratives. 
Note: If you are new to writing and don't have a particular interest in any genre, style, or form as yet, we recommend you try the BWW: Classic. Should you apply for the BWW Short Fiction and haven't done the BWW Classic, your application will be considered for the BWW Classic by default. 

What is expected from the participants?
An open mind. An inquisitive attitude. A determination to rework your story till it is perfect. 
You will be expected to read diligently. You will also be expected to rework and resubmit your manuscript after it has been critiqued by the group. 
At the end of the six weeks, you should have at least one publishing-ready short story. 

What is the methodology?
Constructive feedback, reading, and analysing published short fiction with particular attention to craft. 

What is the duration?
6 weeks. (6 Saturdays/Sundays for 2.5 hours for a total of 15 hours)

What is the cost?
INR 22,500/- including GST at 18%.
